Moving up one spot from last year, CNBC has ranked Michigan 9th in the nation for business. In order to rank each state, CNBC scored each state on 128 metrics, including infrastructure, quality of life, and cost of doing business. 4. Georgia
    5. Florida
    6. Minnesota
