With three weeks left before the general election, more than 670,000 Michigan voters have cast an absentee ballot.

- Approximately 31% of voters who requested an absentee ballot have completed and returned their ballot, compared to 34% at the same point in the 2020 election.
- Currently, 672,585 absentee ballots have been returned. At the same point in 2020, 977,694 absentee ballots had been returned.

- Eligible Michigan citizens can register to vote online or by mail until Monday, October 21, or in person at their local clerk’s office with proof of residency by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Early voting runs from October 26 through November 3. Some jurisdictions are offering early voting sooner in accordance with the state constitution, allowing in-person early voting to start as soon as 29 days before Election Day.
