Supreme Court Kicking Off New Term

As MLC’s Communications and Social Media Manager, Liz Gullett keeps clients informed and up-to-date on the goings on in Lansing and the Capitol.

The Michigan Supreme Court is set to begin the 2024 – 2025 session by hearing oral arguments in eleven cases next week.

Key Points:

    • The Court will hear arguments on October 9 and 10, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on both days.
    • Continuing a longtime tradition, the first case will be heard in the Old Supreme Court Chambers at the State Capitol Building.
    • The remaining cases will be heard in the 6th floor courtroom at the Michigan Hall of Justice.
