The proposal would:

- Restore local zoning authority for renewable energy projects.
- Restore requirements for the Michigan Public Service Commission to authorize a shared savings program for energy waste reduction.
- Shut down the newly established Community and Worker Economic Transition Office.
- Prohibit agricultural property enrolled in Michigan’s farmland preservation program from being rented for the installation of massive solar operations.
