The Senate Republican Campaign Committee announced their team heading into the 2026 election year.

Leadership:

    • Chair – Senator Dan Lauwers (R-Brockway)
    • Finance Chair – Senator Rick Outman (R-Six Lakes)
    • Recruitment Co-Chairs – Senators Michael Webber (R-Rochester Hills) and Roger Hauck (R-Mouth Pleasant)
    • Fundraising Team: Senators Rick Outman, Dan Lauwers, Joe Bellino (R-Monroe), Roger Hauck, Mark Huizenga (R-Walker), and Michael Webber

2026 Election:

    • All 38 Senate seats are up for election.
    • The Republican caucus will be working to flip the chamber back to their control and regain the majority.

“I’m very confident Senate Republicans will have the message, candidates, resources, and team to win back the majority,” added SRCC Chair Dan Lauwers. “We have strong incumbents, while Democrats have vulnerable incumbents in seats trending Republican.”
