The below results have been sourced from the MLC lobby team, news sources, and county clerk’s websites. These results are considered unofficial results until certified by the State Board of Canvassers. Due to the high number of absentee ballots, reporting and results could be impacted.

The below information is current as of­­­­ 12:00 AM

13th House District – This safe Democratic district is in Wayne and Macomb counties, including the cities of Warren (part) and Detroit (part).

  • Representative Mai Xiong won the Democratic primary race.

 

105th House District – This safe Republican district is in Antrim, Crawford, Kalkaska, Missaukee, Oscoda, Otsego, and Roscommon counties, including the cities of Gaylord, Grayling, Lake City, and McBain.

  • Representative Ken Borton won the Republican primary race.

 

3rd House District – This safe Democratic district is in Wayne County, including the cities of Melvindale and Dearborn (part).

  • Representative Alabas Farhat declared victory in the Democratic primary race.

 

96th House District – This Republican-leaning district is in Bay County, including the cities of Bay City and Essexville.

  • Representative Timmy Beson won the Republican primary race.

 

84th House District – This Democratic-leaning district is in Kent County, including the cities of Grand Rapids (part), Grandville, and Walker.

  • Representative Carol Glanville won the Democratic primary race.

 

35th House District (Open Seat) – This safe Republican district is in Branch, Hillsdale, and Lenawee counties, including the cities of Bronson, Coldwater, Hillsdale, Hudson, Jonesville, Litchfield, and Reading.

  • Republican candidate Jennifer Wortz won the Republican primary race.

 

8th Congressional District (Open Seat) – This Democratic-leaning district includes the Tri-Cities, and Genesee and Tuscola (part) counties.

  • Republican candidate Paul Junge won the Republican primary race.

104th House District – This safe Republican district is in Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Manistee, and Wexford counties, including the City of Frankfort.

  • Representative John Roth won the Republican primary race.

 

109th House District – This Democratic-leaning district in the Upper Peninsula includes Alger, Baraga, Dickinson, and Marquette counties.

  • Representative Jenn Hill won the Democratic primary race.

 

107th House District – This safe Republican district is in Charlevoix, Chippewa, Emmet, and Mackinac counties, including the cities of Boyne City, Charlevoix, East Jordan, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw City, Petoskey, Sault Ste. Marie, and St. Ignace.

  • Parker Fairbairn defeated incumbent Representative Neil Friske in the Republican primary race.

 

66th House District – This safe Republican district is in Oakland and Macomb counties, including the villages of Oxford and Romeo.

  • Representative Josh Schriver won the Republican primary race.

 

5th House District – This safe Democratic district is in Wayne and Oakland counties, including the cities of Berkley (part), Detroit (part), Oak Park (part), Royal Oak (part), and Huntington Woods.

  • Representative Regina Weiss won the Democratic primary race.

U.S. Senate

  • Elissa Slotkin, former U.S. House Representative, won the Democratic primary.
  • Mike Rogers, former U.S. House Representative, won the Republican primary.

 

6th House District – This safe Democratic district is in Wayne and Oakland counties, including the cities of Oak Park (part), Wayne, Berkley (part), Birmingham, and Southfield (part).

  • Representative Natalie Price won the Democratic primary race.

 

36th House District – This safe Republican district is in Cass and St. Joseph counties, including the cities of Sturgis and Three Rivers.

  • Representative Steve Carra won the Republican primary race.

 

51st House District – This safe Republican district is in Oakland County, including White Lake, Highland, Milford, and Commerce (part).

  • Representative Matt Maddock won the Republican primary race.

 

33rd House District – This safe Democratic district is in Washtenaw County, including the cities of Ann Arbor (part) and Saline.

  • Morgan Foreman won the Democratic primary race for this open seat.

 

101st House District – This safe Republican district is in Lake, Mason, Newaygo, Oceana, and Wexford counties, including the cities of Cadillac, Fremont, Grant, Manton, Newaygo, and White Cloud.

  • Representative Joe Fox won the Republican primary race.

 

78th House District – This safe Republican district is in Barry, Eaton, Ionia, and Kent counties, including the cities of Hastings, Ionia, Lowell, and Portland.

  • Representative Gina Johnsen won the Republican primary race.
