As MLC’s Communications and Social Media Manager, Liz Gullett keeps clients informed and up-to-date on the goings on in Lansing and the Capitol.

The legislature will start its summer recess, during which it won’t hold its typical weekly Tuesday – Thursday session schedule. The next scheduled session day is July 30.

The Michigan Public Service Commission will hold a commission meeting on July 2 at 1 p.m. For more information, please click here.

In observance of the 4th of July, MLC will be closed on July 4 and 5.

On July 11, Senator Sylvia Santana is holding a town hall for her constituents at the Henry Ford Centennial Library.
