In observance of the holidays, MLC will be closed from December 23, 2022 – January 2, 2023.
The legislature will officially adjourn Sine Die on Tuesday, December 31. This is significant, as bills that were signed by the governor this year that did not contain an effective date or weren’t given immediate effect will take effect 90 days after that date.
