Looking Ahead to the Week of May 27 – June 2, 2023

May 26, 2023

by Liz Gullett

As MLC’s Communications and Social Media Manager, Liz Gullett keeps clients informed and up-to-date on the goings on in Lansing and the Capitol.

In observance of Memorial Day, MLC will be closed on Monday, May 29.

The House has scheduled session on Tuesday, May 30. While the Senate has scheduled their typical Tuesday – Thursday session schedule, we don’t anticipate they will be in session all three days as members will likely be making their way to the Detroit Chamber Policy Conference on Mackinac Island.

The Detroit Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual policy conference on Mackinac Island from May 30 through June 2. For more information, please click here.
