The Senate Labor Committee reported a legislative package aimed at strengthening Michigan’s child labor laws.

With two weeks to go before the General Election, Michigan voters are casting their ballots early. Thus far, more than 1.15 million voters, which is almost 16% of the state’s active registered voters, have already cast their ballot.

The Michigan Gun Violence Prevention Task Force held its first meeting on October 21 to begin the work outlined in an executive order signed earlier this year by Governor Whitmer.
