Vance stopped at the Shelby Township Police Department, where he gave a press conference.
Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz, bringing about a crowd of around 15,000 people, emphasized their commitment to economic reforms, aiming to ensure affordable healthcare, housing, and childcare for all Americans. Harris’s speech was momentarily disrupted by pro-Palestine protesters, highlighting the ongoing tension around international issues.
Meanwhile, J.D. Vance, speaking at the Shelby Township police department, criticized the current administration’s focus and reiterated the campaign’s priorities on addressing economic stability and national security.
This intense day of campaigning underscores Michigan’s critical role in the upcoming election.
