The House and Senate are scheduled to hold their typical Tuesday – Thursday session schedule.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer will give the annual State of the State Address on Wednesday, January 24 at 7 p.m.

The Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission will continue to hold mapping sessions to redraw the seven contested House districts.

All legislation that was passed during 2023 that didn’t receive immediate effect will take effect on February 12, which is 90 days after the legislature adjourned Sine Die.
