Representative Hope (D-Holt) chairs the Criminal Justice Committee, serves as Vice Chair of the Ethics and Oversight Committee, and is a member of the Elections and Judiciary Committees. She’s currently serving her third term in the House.
Prior to her election to the House, she worked as an attorney in private practice. Previously she worked as a defense attorney, adjunct professor at Cooley Law School, and was a writer for Ionia’s daily newspaper. Additionally, she served on the Ingham County Board of Commissioners.
Representative Hope represents the 74th House District in mid-Michigan, including a portion of Ingham County
