Nicole Wandell has been with Michigan Legislative Consultants (MLC) since 2018. Throughout her career in service across diverse industries, Nicole’s steadfast dedication to client care has been a defining hallmark of the MLC experience.
Experience
Prior to joining MLC, Nicole served as the Dining Room Manager at Boyne Mountain and the Executive General Manager of Big Boy in Clare.
As Administrative Coordinator at MLC, Nicole is the welcoming face that greets visitors upon entering the firm’s office suite. In addition to coordinating and overseeing all client events throughout the year, she collaborates closely with the firm’s President to manage financial administration.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys attending concerts, traveling, shopping, photography, and watching movies.

Her restaurant management background was perfect training for juggling a myriad of daily duties from greeting and serving clients, to keeping the office organized and sanitized, to providing administrative and project support to the lobby team.
