After an early career in marketing and public relations, including stints doing marketing for Apple Computer in Prague and running a foreign policy seminar program for staffers on Capitol Hill, Jen pivoted to administrative management in pursuit of better work/life balance. Now, with over 20 years’ experience in the C-suite in both the corporate and non-profit worlds, she brings broad administrative experience to her role as Assistant to the President at MLC. In addition to a range of administrative duties, she assists Tim on the firm’s long-range initiatives and short-term client projects. She’s still searching for that perfect work/life balance.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys reading, hiking, camping, museums, good conversation, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She has lived and worked in Germany and the Czech Republic and still suffers from the ‘travel bug’.
