General Election Overview: 48th District

District Overview

The 48th House District is located in Livingston, Jackson, and Washtenaw counties, including portions of Ann Arbor.

Commentary

Democratic Representative Jennifer Conlin is running for a second term, facing Republican Brian Ignatowski and Green Party candidate Eric Borregard. This is a Democratic-leaning district and while that favors Representative Conlin, her reelection isn’t a sure bet this November.
