Ann Spagnuolo
Ann’s contagious energy and desire to serve clients has been a mainstay (and secret weapon) of the firm for over 30 years.
As MLC’s Business Manager, Ann leads our client services operations, including accounts payable and receivable, association management services, PAC management filings, and the firm’s human resource functions.
Outside of the office, Ann loves to spend time with family and friends Up North and is always looking for the next best travel destination.

Ann Spagnuolo is one of the MLC team’s longest standing members, having joined the firm 29 years ago. Her role as office manager encompasses a variety of activities that support key internal and external initiatives.
