Amber Means joined Michigan Legislative Consultants in 2026 as our client services manager. In her role, she coordinates with team members and clients to ensure they are receiving exceptional service and meeting long-term goals.
Experience
Before joining MLC, Amber spent nearly 20 years working for Darby Dental Supply. She began in the role of office manager, overseeing office operations to ensure smooth communication, team collaboration, and the highest level of accuracy.
Amber moved into the role of sales support specialist, working directly with clients to provide reliable information and support. Through her efforts, she maintained high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Outside the Office
When she’s not working, Amber loves spending quality time with her husband and two daughters. A passionate explorer of Michigan’s natural beauty, she can often be found camping, hiking scenic trails, kayaking, or visiting historic lighthouses. Off the trails, Amber is an avid reader and a creative crafter.
