- What did you want to be when you were a kid?

- What is your favorite activity to unwind from work?
- Endurance road cycling. A lot of my miles are done in the early hours of the morning, which helps me get mentally ready for the day.
- If you were to give a TED Talk, what would it be on and why?
- The application of endurance cycling lessons to work-life management.
- Who are three people, living or past, that you would most want to have dinner with?
- Oh, what I wouldn’t give to have one more dinner with my mom, sister, father-in-law, and sister-in-law!! Each was lost to us many years too soon.
- In the typical famous category, DaVinci, Michelangelo, and Jesus, who were all creators of beauty.
- What skills are most important in your role?
- Learning, visioning, planning, and communicating.
- How do you describe your job to someone outside of the industry?
- One quick, topline description: Just as some people sell goods or services, we sell our clients’ policy ideas to policymakers. Then I like to give a real-life example.

- Better clarity on the baseline drivers of those inside government.
