Representative Tim Kelly (R-Saginaw) is serving his fourth, non-consecutive term in the Michigan House of Representatives. He previously served three terms but was term-limited under prior law. Once the law changed, he ran for reelection to the House.
Biography
Prior to elected office, he worked as an education policy advisor for Governor John Engler and special advisor to the director of the Michigan Department of Workforce Development. Additionally, he held positions in economic and workforce development on behalf of the Governor of Indiana, served as Director of the Indiana Council on Vocational Education, and was the business development specialist with the Indiana Department of Commerce.

Representative Kelly represents the 93rd House District, which includes portions of Clinton, Gratiot, Ionia, Montcalm, and Saginaw counties.
