Meet the New Member: Representative Jennifer Wortz

As MLC’s Communications and Social Media Manager, Liz Gullett keeps clients informed and up-to-date on the goings on in Lansing and the Capitol.

Representative Jennifer Wortz (R-Quincy) is serving her first term in the Michigan House of Representatives.

Biography

Before her election to the House, she served as the manager of the Branch County Conservation District. Prior to that, she served on the Quincy Community Schools Board of Education. Additionally, Representative Wortz volunteered with the Beginnings Care of Life Center.

She is a graduate of Michigan State University.

District

Representative Wortz represents the 35th House District, which includes Hillsdale and Branch Counties.
