Spotlight on Representative Tom Kunse

As MLC’s Communications and Social Media Manager, Liz Gullett keeps clients informed and up-to-date on the goings on in Lansing and the Capitol.

Representative Tom Kunse (R-Clare) serves as the Minority Vice Chair of the Ethics and Oversight Committee. He’s a member of the Labor Committee and the Transportation, Mobility, and Infrastructure Committee.

Representative Kunse is serving his first term in the Michigan House of Representatives. He’s the owner of Northern Bulk, a specialized transportation company. Representative Kunse earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech and his MS in Nuclear Physics from Central Michigan University.

He represents the 100th House District, which includes Mecosta, Osceola, and parts of Lake, and Clare counties.
