Service across industry sectors has been her career, and this dedication to client service is part of what makes being a client of MLC special.

As Administrative Coordinator, Nicole is the first pleasant person to greet you upon entering MLC’s office suite. In this capacity she also coordinates and oversees all of the firm’s client events throughout the year. Additionally, she works with legislative, departmental, and executive offices to schedule meetings with lobby team members.

Prior to joining MLC, Nicole was the Dining Room Manager at Boyne Mountain and the Executive General Manager of Big Boy in Clare. Her years of experience in the hospitality industry juggling multiple tasks at once helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks at MLC. Her years of customer service experience is a key asset to the firm.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys attending concerts, traveling, shopping, taking pictures, and watching movies.

BA in food industry management, Michigan State University.
