As MLC’s client services manager, Karli Zubek coordinates with team members and clients to ensure they are receiving exceptional service and MLC is exceeding expectations and meeting long-term goals. She is dedicated to building optimal business relationships through process improvement and service enhancement.

Experience
Prior to joining MLC, Karli was the legislative director and legislative aide to State Representative Bronna Kahle. Prior to her time working in the legislature, she served the people of Michigan through her time with the Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development Program.

Education
Karli holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Northwood University and a master’s degree in business administration from DeVos Graduate School.

Outside the Office
In her free time, Karli is constantly traveling throughout Michigan with her dog Captain. She enjoys painting, reading, swimming, and theatre.
