Sean Mann is a state government relations consultant at MLC. With more than 10 years of experience, Sean is an expert in local government, economic development, transportation and the appropriations process.
His strong relationship building has been an asset to clients, including Goodwill, who approached MLC wanting to obtain an appropriation to expand their prison diversion program. Sean and the MLC team quickly navigated the process, providing a sizeable and measurable ROI to Goodwill by successfully securing a $2.5 million appropriation to expand its prison diversion program via job training. His work to help another client obtain an important statutory fix enabled them to more effectively collect fees by avoiding unnecessary legal fights – a valuable shift in their workflow.
